Story Behind the Podcast
Hosted by Joel Hubbard and Jim Zartman, Produced by Jim Zartman, Edited by Sarah Atherton
The Art of Growth Podcast (formerly the Enneagram Panels Podcast) is dedicated to seeing people end patterns of self-sabotage and fulfill their potential. We all see the world differently and to get there we need a better understanding of ourselves and those around us.
Through panels, personal stories, and our experiences and training, our goal is to give you the tools to see the world with more understanding and grace. We just wrapped up our Subtypes Season (Dominant Enneagram Type + Dominant Instinct), where we had panels representing each of the 27 subtypes!!

THE PURPOSE TRAP
Ever feel the pressure to "find our purpose because only then will you feel fulfilled?" We take on that topic this week. Maybe there is another way to see this. Your purpose may not be a destination, but rather an embodiment that can be applied anywhere.
WHEN I WANT TO GROW BUT THEY DON'T
People often ask "What do I do if I'm interested in my own growth, development, and awareness and the people close to me aren't?" In this episode, we dive into this topic.
ARE YOU WATER OR ROCK?
Some of us are more like water as we bend, flow, and move around to accommodate our environments. Some of us are more like rock and we stand our ground; unmovable in our convictions.
THE ENNEAGRAM AND TEAMS
We want to take a look at teams and how different types relate. The next few episodes will focus on teams in work environments. This is an introduction to team dynamics and the enneagram.
WHY WE ENNEAGRAM
Let's get personal! In this episode Joel and Jim share their stories about how they got into the Enneagram, what was impactful for them, why they work with it, and where they are going with it.
