The Art of Growth Podcast
Listen Here!Story Behind the Podcast
Hosted by Joel Hubbard and Jim Zartman, Produced by Jim Zartman, Edited by Dan Heroy
The Art of Growth Podcast (formerly the Enneagram Panels Podcast) Started when Joel Hubbard was completing his certification in 2017 and needed to record panels (several people of the same Enneagram type) and submit them to complete his certification program. Jim Zartman who had a background in audio production suggested the panels might help others and we should turn them into a proper podcast. The response blew our expectations away as we saw the first season rise quickly from the hundreds of downloads a week to the tens of thousands. We sat down with a friend of ours that helped us start the business that became The Art of Growth.
From this small start and accidental success The Art of Growth has become one of the most influential voices in the Enneagram world and now consults, trains, and coaches organizations and individuals around the world.
Through panels, interviews, explorative conversations, personal stories, and our experiences our goal is to give you the tools to see the world with more understanding and grace. Listen to the latest episode below!
