Instinct Stack Test
The three instincts are:
Farmer (Self-preservation), Hunter (Sexual), and Teamer (Social).
This assessment identifies your full instinctual stack—your dominant, secondary, and tertiary instincts—and how they work together to shape how you approach work, decisions, and relationships.
Most approaches focus only on your dominant instinct (often called “subtype”). This assessment goes further by showing how each instinct plays a distinct role:
- Dominant – your natural contribution and where you gain energy
- Secondary – the environment you rely on and your fallback under stress
- Tertiary – your blind spot that requires more energy
There are no better or worse instincts. Each plays a critical role in how people and teams function. The goal is to help you understand how you’re wired so you can make more aligned choices in work and life.
Takes 3–5 minutes.
Typing Interview
If you’re new to the Enneagram, or if you’ve taken an Enneagram test before but are unsure of your results, this is a great next step! Online tests are great but they average around a 55-60% accuracy rate. Personality is best understood when observed by a person who deeply understands the tool.
