EMPLOYS MASSACHUSETTS WORKERS
The employees you train must work in Massachusetts and be on Massachusetts payroll. Your company does not need to be headquartered in the state.
HAS LESS THAN 100 EMPLOYEES
The purpose of the fund is to serve small business and help them grow. Companies must have less than 100 employees to qualify for the training fund.
PAYS INTO UNEMPLOYMENT
Companies must produce documentation of being in good standing with the department of unemployment.

- Obtain a document of good standing with the Unemployment office HERE.
- Current number of employees receiving MA W-2s
- Training start date (estimate) at least 3 weeks from date of application
- Course ID numbers:

5. Get Reimbursed by the Workforce Training Fund
To receive payment for a training course approved under this agreement, the Grantee must, within 30 days of completion of the course, Submit:
- Reimbursement Request Form received when signing contract fund
- List of Trainees
- Invoice(s) from your training provider
- Proof of payment (Note: Must depict funds leaving a business account to pay for training, e.g. canceled check, credit card receipt, or bank statement)
